Retro Festival

The Retro Festival in Saint-Aubin-des-Bois, which will take place on August 17th, is one of the largest harvest festivals in Normandy, celebrating agricultural traditions and rural heritage. Each year, it brings together many collectors of old machines and vehicles, offering an authentic immersion in the trades and materials of yesteryear. The festivities include a large rotisserie with meat grilled over a wood fire, a grand parade with more than 300 actors in period clothing, demonstrations of wheat cutting, threshing, plowing with oxen, as well as exhibitions of old vehicles and reconstructions of old trades.
