Deauville Barrière Meeting

The Deauville Barrière Meeting is a major equestrian event held every year at the Deauville-La Touques racecourse. In 2025, it will run from August 3rd to 30th.
The meeting is renowned for its top-class flat racing, attracting horses, jockeys and trainers of international renown. This year’s highlights include:
- ARC Prix Maurice de Gheest: a Group 1 race held in August, bringing together elite sprinters over a distance of 1,300 metres.
- Prix du Haras de Fresnay-le-Buffard Jacques le Marois: another Group 1 race, considered to be one of the most prestigious mile races in Europe.
- Sumbe Prix Morny: a Group 1 race for promising young horses.
The Deauville-La Touques racecourse, located close to the sea, offers an exceptional setting for spectators. As well as the races, the meeting offers a variety of events and activities, making each day unique and festive.
