Rendez-vous aux jardins

Rendez-vous aux jardins is an annual event organised by the French Ministry of Culture, which aims to highlight the richness and diversity of parks and gardens in France. In 2025, the 22nd edition will be held on the 6th, 7th and 8th of June, around the theme: “Stone gardens – garden stones”. In Normandy, a region renowned for its beautiful green spaces, more than 130 gardens regularly participate in this event. They offer a multitude of activities: guided tours, workshops, conferences, exhibitions and live shows, designed to satisfy the curiosity of all, from botanical enthusiasts to families in search of discoveries. For the 2025 edition, the Norman gardens will highlight the use of stone in landscape art, exploring the links between mineral and plant. Visitors will be able to discover original creations, artistic installations and thematic routes illustrating this symbiosis. This event is an invitation to rediscover the natural and cultural heritage of Normandy, highlighting the harmony between stone and vegetation in the design of gardens.
