  • Stage 4: Amiens → Rouen (173 km) – Tuesday, July 8th, 2025

The peloton will leave Amiens to reach Rouen, crossing the Eure via Gisors. The route includes the Jacques Anquetil hill at Romilly-sur-Andelle and follows the Seine before arriving in Rouen. The last few kilometres are rugged, with climbs such as the Bonsecours hill, the Grand’Mare hill and the Saint-Hilaire ramp, with slopes of up to 15%.

  • Stage 5: Individual time trial in Caen (33 km) – Wednesday, July 9th, 2025

This timed stage will start near the marina of Caen. The riders will pass emblematic sites such as the ducal castle and the university, before heading towards the Memorial and crossing the communes of Saint-Contest, Cairon and Authie. The course, mostly flat with wide roads, will highlight the power of the riders. The finish will be along the racetrack of Caen.

  • Stage 6: Bayeux → Vire Normandie (201 km) – Thursday, July 10th, 2025

For the first time, Bayeux will be the starting point of a stage of the Tour. The 201 km route will cross the Suisse Normande, with a positive elevation gain of 3,500 metres. This hilly stage, with a demanding finish in Vire, is ideal for adventurers and punchers.

These three days will highlight the diversity of the Normandy landscapes and offer various challenges to runners, from sprints to time trials, through undulating stages. Cycling enthusiasts in Normandy will have the opportunity to attend key moments of the Grande Boucle.
